摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a forged product having high dimensional precision which can be forged in a large plastic working ratio and can easily forge a product even having complicated shape, by forging at <=550 deg.C. SOLUTION: In the forging method, in which a bar-like forging material 3 composed of different phases of crystal grains and having T1 as the recrystallizing temp. and T2 as the m.p., is used and continuously forged with plural sets of dies 2 disposed in the advancing direction while feeding out the forged material, the forging is executed by controlling the temp. of >=T1 and in the temp. range of <=(T1+T2)/2 of the forging material 3 and the die 2 and thereby, the forged product having the dimensional precision near the product, is obtd. and the service life of the dies can be lengthened and further, the degree of freedom in the formation is improved.
