PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a superior optical head in which the base in particular can be fabricated overwhelmingly at low cost and in light weight and in which a flexible P plate is enhanced in mass-productivity through improved workability and reduced number of processes in the treatment. SOLUTION: The base 7 on which light receiving/emitting elements of an optical head, objective lens driver and magnetic head are loaded is designed to be a resin-made base; and, integrally formed with this resin-made base is a metallic lead member 9 in which the transmitting/receiving of signals to/from each part is directly performed through an outside circuit. As a result, it is possible that the base is made at low cost and in light weight, and that a flexible P plate is also improved in mass-productivity through enhanced workability and reduced number of processes in the treatment. |
