PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an air sampling assembly without contaminating a filter material in a stage necessary to culture a biological substance. SOLUTION: An air sampling assembly 15 samples an air sample to pass through a monitor unit 16. The substance in the monitor unit 16 removes fine particles from air. A port for supplying a substance displaying the presence of fine particles into the monitor unit 16 is provided to the monitor unit 16 and the transparent part of the monitor unit 16 enables the visual observation of the display of the presence of fine particles. The monitor unit 16 can be used in an aseptic packaging apparatus.
