PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for stabilizing ankles and reducing pressure including a shearing force to the heels of feet. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a three-dimensional gelastic material 14 and a cover 12. The gelastic material has a predetermined shape that may fit one of the four limbs of a human body. A plurality of openings 18 is at least arranged on the top face of the gelastic material, covering the gelastic material to be removable from the gelastic material. The cover has a top face, a bottom and a plurality sides corresponding to the shape of the gelastic material. The bottom of the cover touches one of the four limbs of a human body, and the top face is provided with a plurality of releasable fixing devices formed to arranged one side edge of the cover, spaced by a predetermined distance from other side edge.
