PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide sewn products, such as tool bags, which withstand an abuse use environment and withstand long-term use by enhancing the strength of the sewn parts of the sewn products. SOLUTION: This process has a stage for forming a French seam at the side edge to be sewn with a gore C of a first fabric A, a stage for forming a French seam of the side edge to be sewn with the core C of a second fabric B, a stage for superposing and sewing the respective side edges of the gore C on the side edges formed with the French seams of the first and second fabrics A and B, a stage for sewing a reinforcing fabric D to the surface of the gore C and a stage for sewing taping E to the superposed parts.
