PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of a parking brake and the like caused by forgetting to return the parking brake. SOLUTION: This device is provided with means for determining whether a condition, where a transmission is in a low speed stage, a clutch is in connection state, an amount of accelerator pedaling is not more than a specified value, and a parking brake is in operation, is satisfied or not (step 1-step 4) and a means to execute a torque cut control for choking an amount of fuel supply to an engine in comparison to idling control when the condition is determined to be satisfied (step 5).
