PRODUCTION OF INSTANTLY DEMOLDABLE CONCRETE BLOCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an instantly demoldable concrete block which can reduce a unit amount of concrete, obtain the block having an enough added value in appearance without post-processing, and use glass cullet as aggregate. SOLUTION: In a method for producing an instantly demoldable concrete block in which after aggregate, hydraulic cement, and water are kneaded in an ultra-hard kneading state (slump 0 cm), the kneaded material is charged into a mold, compacted by vibration and pressurized, molded, demolded immediately, and cured to obtain a concrete block, heavy calcium bicarbonate fine powder is used in place of a part of the hydraulic cement, and a high performance water reducing agent and an aqueous polymer dispersion are used together to prepare the kneaded material.
