PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide film, excellent in antibacterial properties and durability. SOLUTION: In the laminating film of an antibacterial resin, an antibacterial resin composition is laminated on a base material film, in which polyamide resin is a main body. The antibacterial resin composition contains polyester resin and ionization radiation polymerizable curing type resin. Polyester resin is formed as a constituent component mainly containing a dicarboxylic acid component and a glycol component or hydroxycarboxylic acid. The constitutional component contains a compound shown by a formula. (in formula, A is aromatic group and X1 and X2 are ester formable functional group and R1, R2, R3 and R4 are alkyl group and at least one of R1, R2, R3 and R4 is (10-20) C alkyl group.) Herein, furthermore, the antibacterial resin component contains hydrophilic substance or the hydrophilic substance is bonded to polyester resin.
