PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain safety and a good appearance even if a screw cap is removed from a tank body in a condition that engine coolant has high tempera ture and high pressure. SOLUTION: In this container, a position H1 of which a hermetic gasket 46 held inside an O ring groove 61 formed on a periphery of a valve case 47 for a resin screw cap 7 of a fully hermetic reserve tank 4 is out of an internal circumference face (hermetic seal part) of an inner cylinder wall 25 of a tank body 6 is set at a position lower than a lower end H2 of an outside wall part 42 of the resin screw cap 7 and a fixing screw part 62. By extending an overflow pipe 29 having an overflow passage 28 internally formed from a side face of an outside cylinder wall 27 of the tank body 6, when the resin screw cap 7 is removed from the tank body 6, coolant overflowed from an inlet 24 over the hermetic gasket 46 is prevented from scattering around the resin screw cap 7.
