PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key switch device capable of maintaining keystrokes large, while coping with reducting of the keyboard thickness. SOLUTION: This is a key switch device in which vertical movement of a key top is guided and supported by a guiding support member with two link members crossing in a X-shaped profile, and even when key top is not declined, contacts between corresponding parts of the end part Q and then end part or between S and the end part T can be avoided by differentiating the distances from end parts P, Q, R, T to an axial support part C when the key top is pressed down. Therefore a constitution in which a key stem is slidably guided vertically is not necessary, and the keystroke is kept large, while corresponding to reduction of thickness of a keyboard, and at the same time, reduction in contact between parts corresponding each other is prevented. Thereby, the thickness of the keyboard can be further reduced, while the keystroke size is kept. |
