PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire tool which is long in service life, high in cutting accuracy, high in efficiency, long and inexpensive, and its manufacturing method by using an electron beam curable resin for a binder to bind abrasive grains on the wire. SOLUTION: After a surface of a wire 11 is subjected to the chemical primer treatment, a mixture solution 22 of the electron beam curable resin, abrasive grains and the powder additive is applied thereto in this wire tool. The non- cured mixture coating is set to a specified thickness by a wire diameter jig 23b provided at an outlet of a resin-coated tank 21b, or the outside diameter of the wire with its mixture coating coated thereon is set to the specified value, and electron-beam cured by an electron beam irradiation device 24b. |
