SOLUTION: During the supply of a power source, the count value is reset by calculation through the use of a prescribed random number value though the count value is successively increased regardless of a big hit or a miss. Concretely, an existing change pattern random number is diverted with respect to the random number value and the random number value is selected at random between 0-1198 in period (4.096 msec). Then concerning the calculation in this execution state, the count value of the counter is not synchronized with the counter when the prescribed condition is establishes but changed by using another counter for generating the value within the range of the count value of the counter.
