<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the production lead time and reduce the production cost by adjusting the production plans of an upper process and a lower process on the basis of the fluctuation of production result. SOLUTION: When an upper process production result is advanced or delayed from the plan of an upper process, and a difference is present between the production result and the production plan, the abnormality of operating state of the upper process is judged. This information is transmitted to a second arithmetic device 20, and the adjusting processing of shifting the production time of a lower process using the intermediate product produced in the upper process as raw material is performed as occasion demands. The adjusted production plan is transmitted to a third arithmetic device 30 and a second data base arithmetic device 70. In the upper process production plan deciding means 31 provided by the third arithmetic device 30, the adjusting processing of shifting the production time of each product in the upper process produced on and after the judgment of the abnormality is performed as occasion demands, and the adjusted production plan of the upper process is transmitted to the second arithmetic device 20 and the second data base arithmetic device 70.</p> |
