PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform sure deinking according to the kind or the size of a sheet and a printing state and the like. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an immersing stage for immersing an already printed sheet 2 in washing and a removing stage for removing printing material from the sheet passing through the immersing stage. In such a case, the device is equipped with a detection means 4 detecting at least one of the kind of the sheet, the size of the sheet, image area, the number of cleaning processing times and used toner, and a control means 15 changing an immersing condition in the immersing stage based on the detected result by the detection means 4. The immersing condition in the immersing stage means at least any one of the immersing time of the sheet, the temperature of the washing and the carrying speed of the sheet.
