PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evade the stress concentration to an adhesive portion, to suppress permanent set in fatigue (permanent deformation) and to improve peeling resistance by removing the unnecessary toners on a photosensitive drum in an electrophotographic device. SOLUTION: The elastic blade is formed of a blade body which consists of a thickness part 12 and thin part 13 having a cross section orthogonal with an axis length of a rectangular shape in plane view and is adhered by a proper adhesive of a two component type suitable for adhering the elastic blade and a support 2. Both front and rear surfaces on the pressurized contact of the elastic blade have parallel parts. The amount of the permanent set in fatigue with respect to a pressurized contact transition rate when the blade body is brought into pressurized contact therewith at a pressurized contact angle of 32 deg. and is returned to ordinary temperature after storage in the environment of RH 90% at 43 deg. is <=8%.
