PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an on-vehicle information communication system to acquire broadcasting service information from a roadside device and to enable an on-vehicle device dynamically to select reception of specified broadcasting service according to the broadcasting service information. SOLUTION: That a vehicle on which an on-vehicle device 10 is mounted enters a dynamic short range communication area is detected by a roadside device 20 by that communication of dynamic short range communication(DSRC) is established. Broadcasting information which can be received in the traveling direction of the vehicle is transmitted to the on-vehicle device 10 by the roadside device 20. The received broadcasting information is analyzed, when the information is determined to agree with a receivable functional condition of preset specified broadcasting service, a broadcast receiving part 12 is controlled, set to specified frequency and the broadcast is received by the on-vehicle device 10. In addition, reception of the broadcast specified by the roadside device 20 is ended, when the on-vehicle device 10 is determined to be located outside of a broadcasting area due to lowering of receiving sensitivity, etc., or when operation is performed for reception of other broadcast, etc., or by an end instruction from the roadside device 20 similar to the case of setting by the on-vehicle device 10.
