PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent influence of an intruded noise by introducing a sound recognizing means in a digital sound processing immediately after analog/digital conversion, converting the recognized sound into codes with fixed blocks and making a transparent medium such as a liquid crystal and a sign language robot visually display the recognized digital codes. SOLUTION: An inputted analog sound signal is digitized by an analog/digital converter 101, the recognized sound is decided by comparing and collating the digitized sound signal with a standard memory 103 in which standard codes are preliminarily stored by a sound recognition processing 102 and the recognized sound is converted into display codes with fixed blocks. The display codes are transmitted to a display driver 104 and the display codes which are corresponded one to one with the inputted analog sound signals are displayed on a stereoscopic display 105. A storage means to temporarily store the inputted sound can also be constituted of a semiconductor memory, an optical disk, a magnetic disk device or a magnetic optical disk.
