PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to record voice information received from teletext broadcasting on a recording medium without using a special constitution in the recording system but with a simple constitution, and easily confirm character information received together with the voice information. SOLUTION: A FM teletext tuner 1 is provided with a memory 14 and records the specific information which denotes the date, etc., at the time of receiving the voice information, the track No. of a mini disc(MD) and the character information obtained from a subchannel in connection therewith. When the voice information is recorded on the MD, a CPU 11 transmits the specific information to a CPU 21 by means of system communication and the CPU 21 transmits the track No. to be recorded to the CPU 11 by means of the system communication. Further, at the time of reproducing the voice information from the MD, the CPU 11 is so set as to display the character information which is stored in the memory 14 on a display part 13 in correspondence with the voice information during the reproducing.
