SOLUTION: A precharge control circuit 30 has a transfer gate circuit (switch circuit) TG31 connected between a high-voltage decoder circuit 278 and a high- voltage amplifier circuit 271 and a transfer gate circuit TG32 connected between a low-voltage decoder circuit 279 and a low-voltage amplifier circuit 272. The transfer gate circuits TG31 and TG32 are controlled with control signals DECT and DECN applied to gate electrodes to disconnect the decoder circuits 278 and 279 from the amplifier circuits 271 and 272 in a precharge period of one horizontal period.
