PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC memory card capable of surely preventing writing errors and erasure errors to/from an IC memory element, with a simple structure. SOLUTION: Errors in writing and erasure can be prevented surely with a simple structure, because an insulating sheet 34 is stuck to the write protect terminal 18E of an IC memory card 10 or a write protect terminal 44A is covered with an insulating sheet. The terminal 18E is also fixed to nonactive electronic potential, because the surface of the card main body side of the insulating sheet is provided with a conductive sheet and the terminal 18E is brought into contact with the ground terminal 18A of a nonactive side via the conductive sheet. Consequently, the electric potential of the terminal 18E is stabilized, without being affected by external noise. |
