<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform adsorption, removal, heat treatment and extreme prevention of air pollution against powder dusts, harmful gas and chemical reaction substances or the like generated during combustion and contained in discharged smoke, by passing the discharged smoke through a filter device and into a smoke discharging duct. SOLUTION: There is provided an adsorption and removal processing device for discharged smoke produced from an incinerator, wherein a proper amount of ash-balls, pumice stone and sludge are combined with a first layer of a discharged smoke filter; a proper amount of ash-balls, pumice stone and lava is combined with a second discharge smoke filter and passed therein, thereby adsorbing and removing powder dusts, harmful gas and chemical reaction substances or the like contained in the discharged smoke. Further, they are passed in a smoke discharging duct installed in the incinerator, they are heat treated at a high temperature within the incinerator, they are passed through the ash balls installed in the smoke discharging filter within a chimney, and thus the powder dust, harmful gas and chemical reaction substances or the like contained in the discharged smoke are adsorbed, removed and heat treated to restrict air pollution in an extreme manner.</p> |
