PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm and respond by a voice easy to listen without artificial registering work. The input speech is registered newly in a register 14, and when a speech registered beforehand exists, the confirmative response is performed by the speech registered beforehand with responders (12, 7). When a retrieval function employing speech recognition is used, the speech of the speaker oneself may be used to a message for confirming the retrieval result to be speech of the speaker even for the speaker. The speaker may be anyone. The handling time performing the advance register work for using the speech of the speaker oneself is eliminated, and the speech of the speaker oneself is registered by using the retrieval function.
