PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a long life by sufficiently covering the fixing opposed-side and end face of an elastic layer with a barrier layer so that a releasing agent does not permeate all the way to the surface of a substrate. SOLUTION: A first layer 6b comprising an elastic layer, a second layer 6c having barrier properties relative to a releasing agent 5, and a third layer 6d comprising an elastic layer are provided in that order. A releasing-agent permeation preventing member 7 situated along an end of an area S on a substrate 6a and having barrier properties to the releasing agent is provided, and the barrier layer 6c is provided so as to extend over both the releasing-agent permeation preventing member 7 and the first layer 6b.
