MULTIFUNCTIONAL JIG FOR MANUFACTURING CONCRETE FORM PILE AND PILES FOR BREAKING WATER AND BLOCKING WASTE WATER AND EARTH

PURPOSE: A multifunctional jig for manufacturing a concrete form pile and piles for breaking water and blocking waste water and earth is provided which not only reduces installation charge but also promptly and accurately manufacture the concrete form pile and the piles for breaking water and blocking waste water and earth. CONSTITUTION: The multifunctional jig for manufacturing a concrete form pile and piles for breaking water and blocking waste water and earth comprises a base frame(22) arranged on the floor of a certain installation place; plural pipe fixing parts which are mounted on the base frame(22) in an exchangeable form with spaced apart from each other in an equal distance so that positions of a pipe having a large diameter forming a pile and various connection means adhered to both sides of the outer circumference of the pipe are fixed in the state that the pipe and the various connection means are contacted; a pair of guides(30,32) erectly connected to the base frame(22) at a position where the guides(30,32) are arranged at both sides of the pipe fixing parts; a welding unit part(40) which is installed at one side of the guide(30) in such a manner that the welding unit part(40) is reciprocated in a straight line so as to weld the pipe having a large diameter and the connection means; and a cutting unit part(50) which is installed at the other side of the guide(32) in such a manner that the cutting unit part(50) is reciprocated in a straight line so as to cut the outline of a pipe having a small diameter coupled to the pipe having a large diameter in a length direction.
