PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine which can speedily make the inner part of an extraction machine into atmospheric pressure after a coffee beverage is extracted by controlling the opening of a valve which opens piping to atmo sphere after the coffee beverage is extracted. SOLUTION: A hot water valve 24 which opens piping 6A to atmosphere is installed and the hot water valve 24 is opened after the termination of an extraction operation. Thus, pressure can speedily be released. When the hot water valve 24 is opened and pressure is released, hot water in piping 6A is drained to a drainage bucket 18. Thus, coffee beverage pressed out at the time of compressing extracted sediment is prevented from being mixed with hot water residing in piping 6A and from staining the inner part of piping 6A. A piston driving motor 33 is driven in synchronization with timing for opening the hot water valve 24 and a piston 39 is raised. Thus, pressure releasing and drainage properties in piping 6A can be improved. Namely, the inner part of the extraction machine can speedily resume atmospheric pressure since opening of the hot water valve 24 for the piping 6A to atmosphere after the extraction of the coffee beverage is controlled automatically. |
