PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make transferable a medium, on which contents data are recorded, between users while preventing illegal copy. SOLUTION: When contents data are recorded from a medium A on a medium B and recording is executed in the style of 'transfer', the right information of the medium A loses the right of reproduction and, simultaneously, contents data which lose the right of reproduction and is recorded on the medium A are erased or scrambled so as not to be reproduced. |
