PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To speed up the read of medical images collected in a group examination or the like by excluding simple repeat operation for changing image reading condition information at the time of image reading end. SOLUTION: The device 30 reads out a medical image preserved in a medical image preserving device 2, displays it on a monitor 32 and adds diagnostic information to this image. The device is provided with a managing information read and storage part 34 for displaying the list of managing information of a plurality of preserved medical images, a medical image read and storage part 36 for reading any arbitrary medical image out of the displayed list of managing information, a diagnostic information storage part 37 for adding diagnostic information to the read medical image and an image reading condition change processing part 38 for changing the image reading condition information of that medical image from 'uncompleted' to 'completed' by executing the adding operation of this diagnostic information. Thus, the operation for changing image reading conditions is automated and image reading is accelerated. |
