PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lead a grounding conductor in a columnar body. SOLUTION: A ring body 10A is formed in an interior D' of a columnar body using a shape retaining wire 10, inserted through a lower lead-in hole 6D formed in the columnar body D. The end of a rope 1 for leading which is inserted into the interior D' of the columnar body through an upper lead-in hole 6C is inserted into the ring body 10A. The diameter of the ring body 10A is reduced, and the end of the rope 1 for leading is hooked by the shape- retaining wire 10. Then the shape-retaining wire 10, together with the end of the rope 1 for leading, is guided out of the columnar body D through the lower lead-in hole 6D, and thus the rope 1 for leading is threaded between the upper and lower lead-in holes 6C and 6D. Thereafter, the rope 1 for leading is pulled, and a grounding conductor connected to the rope 1 for leading is threaded in the columnar body.
