PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality alarm device which can be used only by a facility at the side of a mobile body such as a person or a vehicle without making it necessary to provide any base station or facility accompanied by this. SOLUTION: In this abnormality alarm device, when the generation of abnormality is detected by an abnormality detecting sensor 14, a control part 11 obtains a generating time from a clock 15, and prepares characters for transmission or voice data, and announces the abnormality contents and the generating time through a radio telephone 13 to the telephone of the preliminarily registered destination of information. Then, this device is provided with a GPS receiver 17, and when the prescribed position of the abnormality alarm device is moved after the generation of abnormality, the prescribed position information and the time is also announced through a radio telephone 13 with a fixed time interval. Also, when the destination of information is busy, this is re-announced after the lapse of a prescribed time. |
