VIDEO STREAM DISTRIBUTION METHOD, DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDING PROGRAM OF THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution method and the system for simultaneously reproducing video streams equal to or more than the capacity of a transmission line on many terminals at a timing intended by a provider without making them illicitly reproduced. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a video stream separation device 100, plural video stream connection devices 200, a video reproducing means 250 and a distribution means 300. The provider turns respective frames to packets by encoding video images by a video encoding system for performing encoding by at least two frame kinds, imparts an identification code to the respective packets, separates the packets by each frame kind and distributes them to a receiver with a time difference. The receiver rearranges and connects the packets distributed for each frame kind in a prescribed order by the identification codes imparted to the packets, reproduces them as the video streams and thus, obtains source video images.
