<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recognition rate satisfactory by printing and burning a subject for generating a thick film and the base pad of a recognition mark through the use of the screen of a first plate, and forming the recognition mark by a multilayer film where the substrate and the screen of a second plate having a negative display recognition mark obtained by inverting the recognition mark are overlapped. SOLUTION: Conductor paste is printed and burnt by using the screen of a first plate, which has the pattern of a conductor layer being the subject of generating a thick film such as a circuit pattern and the positive display recognition mark 5 of a recognition mark as a base pad. A negative display recognition mark 2 obtained by inverting the recognition mark is installed in the screen where an insulating layer is printed in addition to an insulating layer pattern, the screen is set to be the screen of the second plate used for a monolayer plate and dielectric paste is printed and burnt. The openings of the positive display recognition mark 5 and the negative display recognition mark 2 are positioned and the recognition mark is formed in a multilayer film. Consequently, the recognition rate of pattern recognition can be improved.</p> |
