MINUS ION GENERATING TEMPERATURE ADJUSTER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To generate minus ions not only in an energized state but also in a stationary state by using powder having a spontaneous polarization and fibers with films to which the powder of an exciter for exciting the powder having the spontaneous polarization to generate minus ions is applied. SOLUTION: Powder with a spontaneous polarization and a cloth 12 having a film to which the powder of an exciter is applied are employed as a temperature adjuster. Thus, even in a stationary state, minus ions are generated. Particularly, the minus ions are further efficiently generated by a heating operation under the heat upon heating, so that an inexpensive temperature adjuster can be simply realized with high safety.
