PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine where liquid does not reside in a piping after a coffee beverage is extracted by making liquid in a line connected to an extracted machine flow based on a pressure difference between the inner part of the extraction machine and the outer part of the extraction machine after the coffee beverage is extracted. SOLUTION: When extraction of a coffee beverage is terminated, driving of a pump 60 is stopped, a hot water valve 24 is opened after prescribed time (0.5 seconds) passes, a piston driving motor 33 is driven and a piston 39 is raised much more. Extracted sediment is packed based on the rising operation of the piston 39, the coffee beverage is pressed out, the hot water valve 24 is closed, the piston driving motor 33 is reversibly driven and the piston 39 is descended. Thus, coffee-extracted liquid resided in a piping 30A at a downstream side of a check valve 21 is sucked into a cylinder 32. Sucked hot water is absorbed by extracted sediment. Extracted sediment is removed, the piston driving motor 33 is reversibly driven, the piston 39 is descended and a sales operation is terminated. |
