PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of ion-exchange membrane, capable of executing evaluation of an ion-exchange membrane simply, rapidly, precisely and surely. SOLUTION: A liquid layer 24 is formed so as to be in contact with a sensor surface 8 of an optical scanning type two-dimensional concentration distribution measuring device 1 formed so as to have the sensor surface 8 on one surface of a semiconductor substrate and to irradiate light to the semiconductor substrate, and an ion-exchange membrane 28, an evaluation object, is installed so as to be in contact with the liquid layer 24. A liquid 29 having a different pH value from the liquid layer 24 is dropped onto the ion-exchange membrane 28 in this state, and the ion-exchange membrane 28 is evaluated based on the change of pH in the liquid layer 24. |
