PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve storability and portability of an electronic device having an attachable/detachable recording disk and further to unnecessitate space for attaching blast fan parts at a low cost by rotating a blast fan with a recording disk rotating motor as a power source. SOLUTION: The electronic device 1 having the attachable/detachable recording disk 2 is provided with an upper surface clamper 4 in a cover 3 of which a blast fan shape 7 is formed. In a state where the recording disk 2 is mounted on the electronic device 1, the recording disk 2 is fixed to the recording disk rotating motor by the upper surface clamper 4 and a lower surface clamper 5 and synchronously rotates. The upper surface clamper 4 in which the blast fan shape 7 is formed rotates by synchronizing with the recording disk rotating motor and cools electronic parts 10 mounted on a substrate 9 by discharging inside air of the electronic device 1 in a direction C through an upper surface ventilating hole 8 and a bottom surface ventilation hole 8a or by sucking outside air in a direction D.
