<p>A copyright information management system for supporting the management and protection of works of digital multimedia contents in a work distribution environment. The system (10) comprises a work provider (12) including at least one of a copyright holder and a distributor and a copyright information management center (11) provided in a work distribution environment (15) where works are distributed to work users (13) to be provided with works through communication lines (14) and adapted to exchange information concerning works through communication liens (14). The copyright information management center (11) includes copyright information about works registered therein in advance and manages all the copyright information through communication lines (14) in a centralized way.</p> |
