<p>Surfactants and detergents having strong detergency on the basis of the actions of microorganisms without resort to any chemicals, being widely applicable to subjects over a broad scope and being easy in handling. These surfactants and detergents contain a complex solution of microorganisms and enzymes having (a) aerobic microorganisms, (b) anaerobic microorganisms and (c) at least one basidiomycetes belonging to the Pleurotus family living in symbiosis and containing enzymes originating in the metabolites thereof which is obtained by grinding proteins having animal proteins as the main components; mixing the ground matter with cereals and yeasts; fermenting the resultant mixture; heating the fermented matter;, grinding the heated matter; adding a lactic acid bacterium liquid culture medium or a Bacillus subtilis liquid culture medium to the ground matter obtained in the above step;, effecting fermentation under aerobic conditions; in the culture medium cultured in the solution thus prepared, culturing (a) aerobic microorganisms and (c) at least one basidiomycetes belonging to the Pleurotus family; subsequently culturing (b) anaerobic microorganisms in the liquid culture medium; and then adding a plant-origin carbon source to the liquid culture medium to thereby effect metabolism with carbon-digesting enzymes.</p> |
