<p>Due to improving the construction of car sheat headrests, the invention solves the problem of passive safety of car users in case of accident. The headrest consists of a cushion, a pair of brackets (1), sleeves (3) provided with springs (7) that enter the positioning hollows (2) on the brackets (1). Near the springs (7) in seatings (6) produced in the flanges (5) of a sleeve (3) there are slideably situated inertial masses (8). Each of them is in a shape of a flat oblong unit. In case of an accident, the inertial masses (8) block the springs (7) preventing them from departing from the positioning hollows (2) on the brackets (1), which eliminates the possibility of complete separation of the cushion from the car seat back.</p> |
