The device (1) includes a final transmitter stage (3), a reception part (9), and a transmitting-/receiving antenna (7) commonly associated with the final transmitter stage and the reception part. A transmitting band-pass filter (5) is connected between the output of the final transmitter stage and an antenna connection (7a), and a reception band-pass filter (11) is connected between the antenna connection and the input of the reception part. A compensation element (13) is connected between the output of the final transmitter stage and the input of the reception part, for compensating a transmitter signal portion causing a cross-talk on the reception part.
