PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of an illegal big hit while holding amusement by previously fixing pattern start times till the succeeding big hit by means of a prescribed timing during a game through the use of a random number and obtaining the big hit by means of the pattern start times pattern start. SOLUTION: It is judged whether the pattern start times K till the big hit is zero or not (S11) and a random number request command is outputted to a random number chip in the case of zero (S12). Then a random number updating command is outputted (S17) based on prize winning to a start port (S16) and a pattern change is started (S18). Thus, a big hit lottery is not executed at every start port prize winning but executed by the random number at the time of power supply or first time start port prize winning from the pattern change start to be the big hit. Thus, illegality is prevented.
