PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand washer excellent in serviceability, which allows is capable of washing a vehicle body or the like very easily even in a general house, which can prevent water from splashing toward a user during washing operations, and which allows quickly removing residual water droplets after washing to permit efficient drying. SOLUTION: A body case 20 is provided integrally with the end of a handle 11 and an electric motor and a power transmission mechanism thereof are contained in the body case 20. A cover body 30 surrounding a portion of a rotary washing member 60 driven by the electric motor or the like is provided integrally with the body case 20. A water jet nozzle 32a which ejects wash water toward the rotary washing member 60 inside the cover body 30 is provided at one end of the cover body 30, and a blast nozzle 33a which ejects air as a jet stream from a fan is provided at the other end of the cover body 30.
