PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly densely arrange recording electrodes, enlarge a printing area and improve a reliability. SOLUTION: The recording head has many recording electrodes 1 arranged by a constant pitch, and a control electrode arranged along an array of the recording electrodes 1, thereby electrostatically recording by the recording electrodes 1 and control electrode. In this case, the recording electrode 1 is formed of a needle electrode 4 having a coating 3 and, adjacent recording electrodes 1 are arranged with the coatings 3 of the needle electrodes 4 being in direct contact with each other.
