<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data control system unnecessitating an electronizing work of non-electronic data such as documents printed on paper and microfilms, enabling a clear document control and easy to search a storing place for non- electronic data. SOLUTION: In a conventional data control system intended for electronic data, non-electronic data is stored as it is in a storing container 5 without being electronized, information corresponding to a storing place is controlled by using an information control data base 151, the storing place for non- electronic data is displayed on a display 12 so as to specify the storing place for non-electronic data or the display is printed and an indicating lamp 50 provided on the storing container 5 storing non-electronic data is turned on.</p> |
