PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which can prevent falling down, scattering and loss of washing even if a hanger and the like suspending clothes and other washing is exposed to such external factors as a wind, by improving the lock system of the hook part and the suspending rod. SOLUTION: A hook-lock arm is fitted to a hook, and a hook-lock switch lever easily manipulatable from other place is provided from the neck part through the hook-lock arm to prevent falling down, scattering and loss of washing from a sling like a frame for drying clothes. Furthermore, by an attaching and detaching system of a suspending rod, separation and loss of clothes and other washing from a hanger and the like can be prevented.
