PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the structure, facilitate setting work of the footrest, and surely support and fix the footrest when using. SOLUTION: In the reception chair constituted from a seat 10 and a back 12, a footrest 22 is installed in front of a seat by turning a footrest moving body 24, which is formed by making the footrest 22 supported with a support frame 20 arranged through a rotation axis 18 under the seat so as to rotate by about 90 deg. formed of the seat from the upper back side in the perpendicular direction, by about 90 deg. forward of the seat from the upper part of the back side.
