PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fluidization treating agent so as to make a backfilling method of construction simply practicable. SOLUTION: This fluidization treating agent is composed of a fine granular soil and a solidifying material contained in a prescribed ratio. Water containing a prescribed amount of the fluidization treating agent added thereto is stirred to thereby produce a semisolid fluidized soil, which is then backfilled in a bored hole and solidified. Thereby, backfilling can be carried out.
