PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover refreshed pleasant feeling by using this tool for relaxing unpleasant feeling by local stimulus and stimulating the right spot by means of the tool with projections fitted on a band to relax a headache and to recover feeling heavy in the head even though headaches with no clear reason and feeling heavy in the head caused by fatigue has been very unpleasant in the daily life. SOLUTION: A tool wherein movable and removable projections 2 with a required number are fitted on a flexible and hygroscopic band 1 and unpleasant feeling is relaxed by local stimulus by tightening it up so as to bring the pressure to a required stimulus is provided. It is possible to select kind of the stimulus based on one's taste by preparing the embodiments of the projections such as a finger size, a small projection, a quartz, a gold and coating of an antiphologistic and analgesic coating agent. Such projections for stimulus that are clip type and easily removable can be utilized by fitting them on a cap and a bandanna. A belt wherein the projections are placed in a cylindrical band is a tool which is aesthetically excellent and relaxes unpleasant feeling by local stimulus of the head.
