PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system or a device for dealing with belt decorations and overcoming defects of systems heretofore available. SOLUTION: A belt decoration handling device is provided with at least one cassette 3 so disposed as to feed belt decorations (stamps) on a belt decoration machine 1, closures as discharge terminals of respective cassettes 3 and cassette supporting bodies 5. Respective cassette 3 are substantially disposed to be vertical by the cassette supporting bodies 5 and can be disposed on a belt decoration feeder chute 2 of the belt decoration machine 1.
