PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain powder for drawing a line which is difficultly scattered by a wind, is difficultly washed away R rain, can show a white line for a long term, and does not affect the hand skin and also plants by crushing wastes of white pottery such as glass, sanitary wares, tile, teacups so as to have a specific particle size distribution. SOLUTION: White pottery 1 is crushed with a jaw crusher 2, iron contents 4 such as stems are separated by an electromagnetic separator 3, and foreign matter 6 such as rubber and plastic is separated by hands in a hand sorting-type conveyor 5. After the crushed pottery is further crushed with an impeller grinder 7 and is made to pass through a sieve shaker 8, powder 9 having a particle size of <=5 mm is reutilized e.g. as raw material for cement. Iron contents 10 are separated from powder having a particle size of >=5 mm by an electromagnetic separator 11 to obtain bulk material 12 as raw material. The bulk material 12 is fed through a hopper 13 and a vibrating feeder 14 into a super sander 15 so as to be ground down to a particle size of <=1.5 mm and then the content of fine grains having a particle size of <=0.075 mm is reduced down to <=2% e.g. with a gauze wire vibrating sieve 16.
