PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of noise from a motor as air-cooling of the motor of an air blowing device is realized. SOLUTION: During a time in which an impeller is rotated by the motor 7 of an air blowing device 1 to operate air, blowing by utilizing the air blowing, outside air flows in a motor chamber from a louver 8a. After the motor 7 is air-cooled by the outside air, the outside air is caused to flow out through small holes 16 to an air passage 13 and be confluent with blowing air. Namely, through the generation of a flow of air in the motor chamber by utilizing a very slight part of self air blowing capacity of the air blowing device 1, the motor 7 is forcibly air-cooled.
